1. GOAL & MILESTONES: we all want to lose weight for a reason. For you, that might be to live longer, to feel better about yourself, or to look your best for an upcoming trip or event. The Lean experience is centred around helping you hit your goal weight for that upcoming anniversary, birthday or beach vacation. Lean will create motivating milestones between you and your goal, so you can feel the progress as it happens.
2. STAYING ON TRACK: Lean calculates the optimal weight-loss rate and trajectory for you to hit your goal in time. As you lose weight towards your goal, Lean will help you keep track of whether you are losing weight fast enough to hit your goal in time. Think of Lean as your personal weight-loss coach who is keeping track of your journey to help you hit the beach looking your best.
3. YOUR TRUE WEIGHT: Lean uses an advanced smoothing algorithm to help you discover and track your true weight. Your weight fluctuates up and down, day by day, but this isn't your 'true' weight. Mostly, the variance is from water levels, which can hide your actual weight-loss progress. Using Lean, you'll always know your actual weight, so you can track your progress rather than worry about randomness.
