AGA is an exergame through which people can improve their physical activity. AGA is a game developed through a research project at the University Hospital of Northern Norway (UNN) and UiT - Arctic University of Norway. The game is designed for people with intelectual disabilities, but can be used by everyone. The purpose of the game is to get physical activity through exercises. The user can select a random avatar which demonstrates the exercise. There is a set of exercises that are demonstrated in the app from which the user can choose from. Speed and duration of the exercise can be adjusted from the menu. Hope you enjoy exercising along with the avatars with some good music! Good Luck!!!
