Command your fantasy gladiator team in tactical turn based RPG strategy game. Arena 8: Liberatio is a turn based strategy game with RPG aspects. Welcome to the age of epic fantasy gladiator fights! Prepare for brutal battles and gain glory in arena! This is an old school strategic & tactical manager game, no ads, no waiting for energy. You manage your team of gladiators in the Gladiator League of Runerock in a world of might and magic. You also command your fighters in turn based tactical battles! The ultimate goal, the League Championship, is awarded to the winner of the First Division. You will recruit new gladiators to your team and buy them melee and missile weapons, armours and spells. Then you are ready to start battles! But beware, mercy is an unknown concept in gladiator battles, injuries are common and the top division gladiators really enjoy crushing rookie teams! You must pay salaries of your gladiators, so hopefully you will get enough ticket revenues and win bonuses from your battles. You must be smart and use your money wisely and invest it to the most promising gladiators. There are various different gladiator classes, for example wise Wizards, cunning Goblins and of course barbaric Barbarians. Gladiators have a set of weapon and magic skills that improve by experience. All classes have weaknesses and strengths, that you must master before you have a chance to match the top teams of the League. Special note for dear Finnish "Areena-pelit" players out there. Arena 8: Liberatio is the latest incarnation of classic Finnish "Areena" gladiator manager games created in 90's. Arena 8 is created for you by the original creator of Arena Games. Now it is first time available in it's full, classic "Areena 5"-like glory in English and Finnish for mobile devices!
