Improved user experience and minor bug fix

A brand new connection mode has been added! With the "Fully Custom" mode you can create a flexible control panel made up of custom controls with your own commands to send. Spanish and German translations have been added. The purchases restore process has been improved. Minor style and UX changes.

The new "Gamepad" connection mode has been added! Configure your own commands on fancy buttons with a gamepad layout, and let your iPhone/iPad act as a wireless Joystick for your Arduino project. Minor bug fixing and performance improvements.

Do you want to control RGB colors for example in a LED strip? You can, we added a new connection mode, "RGB colors controller", in order to mix red green and blue color values through sliders; you can choose among some RGB data formats so that you are able to easily receive and parse color values on your Arduino board

A new "Dimmer" connection mode has been added in order to regulate the intensity by controlling a simple and configurable slider. The "Terminal" connection mode has been improved by adding the possibility to turn On/Off the messages coming from your Arduino. Minor bugfix.

A new "Switch" connection mode has been added in order to send ON/OFF configurable commands. Further the "Terminal" connection mode has been improved by adding the possibility to fast re-send the last command.
