• We've fixed an issue that was preventing Apple Pay top-ups from proceeding smoothly.

They charge a fee without a consent
I had selected bunq free account when I onboarded to the app, but without any information I got charged and my account balance is now negative. I closed the account and now they’re threatening me with collections?! And nowhere to find a phone number to call to clarify this case?!

Please know that when you first signup for an account with bunq, we give you a free 1-month trial of Easy Green, so that you have the opportunity to experience all of the cool features our most premium plan has to offer 🌳 At any time during that month, you have the freedom to switch to another plan that better suits your needs and budget: Easy Savings, Easy Bank or Easy Money. If you haven't chosen to make any changes before your free trial ends, you will automatically remain on the Easy Green subscription.
