Nice app but crashes constantly
I used this app on my iPhone 6 and it worked really well. Now with iPhone X and with the newest app version it constantly crashes and it's impossible to download any video to my phone. One has to take the memory card out and copy the files on personal computer.
Poorly designed app, bugs bugs bugs
I tried to submit a feedback in the app’s Feedback section about improving the app, but the feedback function is very frustrating to use and most of all it fails to submit my feedback after repeated attempts. Also the feedback text field doesn’t support copy pasting! How much resistance do DDpai want to users to have before giving them a constructive advice?
The feedback I wanted to give is about the video cropping function in the app. It’s common practice to view the end frame when dragging the end cropping handle, but no in this app it will always play the footage from the very beginning, making end crop adjustments very difficult.
Also the camera (DDPai ranger) flickers badly under fluorescent lighting(common in underground parking), usually modern cameras can compensate this flicker but not this one.
