Just annoying
Sleek UI, some alright offers. Although the app sometimes decides to log me out without a reason - stressful on a train. Also, there is no need for so many emails - I don’t mind reading about some deals, but bombarding users with daily updates on nothing much is unnecessary

Thanks for your feedback! Logging out may happen with app updates, otherwise your session should stay on the app. We've been having more updates than usual in the last couple of months, which may be the reason for this. Frustrating app
Logged me out (“session expired”) even though the last time I logged in was about 48h ago. Then proceeds to tell me my credentials are wrong even though I screenshotted them and quadruple checked. In the end I tried the exact same credentials later and it logged me straight in. Terrible experience since this kind of issue arising right as you need to prove your student status to get a student lunch is extremely frustrating.
