Love how they built the app, it’s got everything in one place - teachers, platform for a call, words practise, chat, etc

Pathetic app
MacX10
I have suffered using the app for more than a year. There is also the app and the web version. Really confusing to use! Then be careful if you have lessons that are not used, they expire.
Developer Response
We appreciate your feedback about the app. It’s important for both students and teachers to have a seamless experience, and we regret that this hasn’t been your case. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the expiry policy as well. For any assistance with your account and billing inquiries, please connect with our support team at support@preply.com. We're here to help and ensure you have a great experience!
trap you into a monthly subscription
Älä lataa... Vielä
I am incredibly disappointed with Preply. The platform is designed to trap you into a monthly subscription, forcing you to pay for a recurring membership even if you don't need lessons that month. Once they have your money, the service quality drops significantly. Teachers frequently stop showing up for scheduled sessions, and my lessons are constantly shuffled between different tutors without my consent. Eventually, Preply just cancels your remaining hours, claiming they have expired because you didn't use them—even though it was their own scheduling issues that prevented me from taking them in the first place. Avoid this platform.
Developer Response
We understand your frustration regarding lesson expiration and we are sorry to hear that your tutors missed your lessons. Please reach out to our support team at support@preply.com for assistance with your account and billing inquiries.
