A small boutique hotel with great location, close to the old Rauma, and lovely service. The breakfast was good, Finnish style, in this kind of small hotel of course not the variety you can find in large establishments.

Sold an Unrealistic 45-Minute Connection and Left Me Stranded

I booked a single-ticket itinerary from Nairobi to Helsinki through Expedia. The connection in Copenhagen was only 45 minutes. After delays at immigration, I missed my connecting flight to Helsinki. I asked to be rebooked onto the next available flight, but no solution was provided. I ultimately had to purchase a new ticket with another airline for approximately €400 to get home. I was disappointed that an itinerary with such a short connection was sold and that I did not receive the assistance I expected when things went wrong. I hope Expedia reviews its policies for short international connections and provides better support to customers in similar situations.
