Thank you for your feedback. Automatic email receipts are optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time in your profile settings. You can also download all receipts for free via the app or website. We understand the demand for Apple Pay and are continuously working on expanding our payment options. Regarding unpaid parking, once your license plate is added to your profile, it should be recognized automatically. Offers no extra functionality over the website. Was hoping for it would support Apple Pay so I could pay for my parking charge (their credit card system is not working again), but nah, they don’t support it.

Bad Customer Service + Misleading Adverts

I only downloaded the app because of a promo for 5 free parking hours. I followed the instructions and signed up for an account during my visit. However when I left 4 hours later, I was asked to pay almost €15.When I contacted support, they said that I had to add my card details and sign up to automatic payments to get the free 5 hours. This wasn’t indicated to me in anyway during the sign-up process. Only in the small text of a sign I saw on my way out of the car park.What’s worse is that when I asked if I could do those steps now, they said that it is too late. Apparently I had no choice but to pay the extra 15 euros.I was eager to give this app a chance as its features sound convenient but I should have listened to the other reviews. Deleted my account and will stick to the other apps and ticket machines in future.

1 euro for a email or sms receipt. Absolutely appalling. Also doesn’t show when parking starts, which is a standard feature in any other parking app.Would rate 0/5 if it was possible.
- New feature: England is now in the top section when selecting country for license plates
- Bugfix: Multi factor authentication state was not displayed correctly after enabling it outside of the Autopay App
