Ai crashes daily when estimating the food from picture and also when reusing older meals it says meal was logged but it didn’t actually do it. Other than that I like using it. Interface is good and clear. It is possible to customize your own homepage. Not sure what I think about the coin system - maybe it’s nice, maybe it’s not that important feature.

Useless and waisted money
I bought this app in January. After few days I cancelled my subscription because I didn’t like the app. Today I got a notification that Bitepal billed my card even thought I don’t have the app or a subscription!!!
HUGE SCAM

I paid 4,45€ from 7 days trial and I did not subscribe anything.All suddently they tried to charge 33€ from my accounf and when I tried to cancel the thing I did have not even bought, it is impossible.The ”subscription” is not in app, not in the app store, they don’t have website or basically any other option than to email them which is not written anywhere.If you took this with few euros, prepare that they are charging ten times more soon and that’s the money my friend you are NEVER getting back.
Never got what they promised

Didn’t get personal plan with premium so I deleted the account. Then I never got my money back. In the ad and the form I filled in it sounded like you would get an adaptive plan from your mental and physical health, but that’s not the case in reality. If you have the slightest tendency to getting eating disorders. Do not use this app and save your money. ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹 In order to get my money back they would force me to use the app (with the premium version that I never got at first anyway) in the same amount of days as I paid for and proof it by logging calories, so that means that I in my case have to pay again to get premium use the app and risk getting sick from it. Have an eating disorder history I don’t want too risk getting into again. So don’t be stupid and get fooled by the cute raccoon like me.
