Sublocus is the platform that connects drivers looking for parking with owners who have available spaces. For Drivers: • Find available parking spaces near you on the map • Book by the hour at the price set by the owner • Pay securely by card through Stripe • Communicate directly with the owner via messaging • Review your booking history and manage your vehicles For Owners: • List your parking space and set your hourly price • Configure availability by day and time slots • Receive payments directly into your bank account • Manage bookings from the app • Communicate with drivers via messaging Safety: • Identity verification for all users • Secure payments processed by Stripe • Reporting and incident resolution system • Check-in and check-out photos as evidence Sublocus charges a small platform fee of €0.75 per booking to keep the service running and safe for everyone. Available in Madrid, with more cities coming soon.
