I cannot access my account

After update, I no longer can access my account in the app (iPhone) or in the laptop (Mac or PC) Despite resetting the password several times, the Axs app writes that the email and password do not match (which is surprising as the link to change password works properly)

When trying to buy resale tickets, this app constantly flags me as a bot. On the rare occasions when I actually find tickets available, the checkout process fails - it suddenly says “no tickets available.” This has happened to me at least twenty times.
