Räystäs (Finnish for "eave") is a maintenance logbook for your home: log a chimney sweep, a renovation or a new heat pump in ten seconds with a photo and the invoice, and find it years later when someone asks. ENTRIES ON A TIMELINE Maintenance, repairs, renovations and purchases with dates, costs and contractors. Attach photos and PDF invoices to the entry itself. Filter by type, search by word. DEVICES AND STRUCTURES Heat pump, ventilation unit, roof, well: purchase price, warranty, manuals and a service history of their own.
