My flight date was unexpectedly changed and despite reaching out to Trip.com for assistance, I was met with automated responses. For almost 3 weeks I was unable to get meaningful help from customer support. I would strongly advise avoiding this platform like the plague

Customer support was extremely frustrating. The website information is misleading and feels like a scam. There was an option to add hand baggage during the booking process, but afterwards it became impossible to add baggage through either Trip.com or the airline app. Both sides kept redirecting me to each other without solving the issue. Because of this, I may now be forced to pay much more for baggage at the airport. I would not recommend booking flights through this platform again.
