Don’t use.

The app doesn’t work as well as it should especially with the app acting as a key to the car. It’s not very responsive at all. Also the company doesn’t seem to be aware of what is going on with their cars because I picked up a car with less than 30 km of range… and they still allowed it to be rented out to someone else instead of letting it charge or fix whatever issue someone else caused before. Then they blame me for the previous renters mistake because I complained about the car having no charge upon picking it up because the previous renter used the wrong charger. Unbelievable.

Kannattaa jättää välistä

Ideana hyvä, mutta toteutus ei ole toimiva. Auton ovet ei avaudu vaikka seisoo auton vieressä, yrittää monta kertaa ja joka kerta sama ilmoitus, autoon ei saa yhteyttä. Jos sovelluksen olisi tarkoitus toimia myös auton avaimena, ei sekään toimi.

Palautetta on turha laittaa sovelluksen kautta, kukaan ei vastaa, kuten ei myöskään sovelluksessa kerrottuun puhelinnumeroon soitettaessa.

Hieno ulkoasu, siitä ainoa tähti.

Hei, Syvät pahoittelut ongelmista. Jotain hyvin poikkeavaa on käynyt varauksesi suhteen. Vuokraamoiden päivystyksien pitäisi aina auttaa heti ongelmatilanteissa ja tukemme vastailee kiireysjärjestyksessä viesteihin, joko support@japster.fi osoitteen kautta tai sovelluksen kautta lähetettyihin viesteihin sähköpostitse. Otathan tukeen yhteyttä niin voisimme tarkistaa mikä on ollut ongelmana.
