Nordea ID app provides an easy and secure way to authenticate your identity.
With the app you can do your banking regardless of time and place. Begin by installing the app on your mobile device and go through the activation process. You shouldn’t rely on just one copy of the Nordea ID app. If your phone or tablet breaks down or gets lost, you will also lose the Nordea ID app and you will need to go through the activation process again. To avoid this, we recommend that you install the Nordea ID app on more than one mobile device.
With the Nordea ID app you can:
- log in to Nordea services and confirm actions
- confirm online payments in a secure way
- as a personal customer identify yourself in other service providers’ services (only in Finland and Norway)
- identify yourself when calling Nordea Customer Service. (only in Finland and Norway)
The app can’t be used on rooted mobile devices for security reasons.

Toimi aiemmin paremmin
Toimi aiemmin paremmin. Ennen kun vahvistettiin henkilöllisyys tms., avattiin sovellus ja syötettiin heti tunnusluku isolla näyttöön ilmestyneellä näppäimistöllä. Nyt pitää ensin napsauttaa auki pieni ikkuna alalaidassa ja vasta sitten syöttää tunnusluku. Entä vanhemmat käyttäjät, joilla on heikentynyt näkö? Miettikää saavutettavuutta.

Hei, kiitos palautteestasi. Haluamme varmistaa, että tunnuslukusovellus on jatkossakin markkinoiden turvallisin ja helppokäyttöisin. Tämän vuoksi olemme tehneet sovellukseen turvallisuutta lisääviä parannuksia, jonka myötä myös ulkoasu muuttui hieman. Uusimmassa versiossa PIN-koodin syöttö avautuu automaattisesti ilman ylimääräistä napsautusta. -Ville

On kyllä ala-arvoista Nordean touhuilu.
Puhelin päivittyi ios17,eikä Nordea id toimi. Poistettu ja asennettu uudestaan vain todetakseni,että täytyy tilata uudet tunnukset ja ne toimitetaan 3-5 arkipäivän aikana postin kautta.
Milläs nyt maksellaan laskuja yms?

Ymmärrän, että tilanne on varsin ikävä, jos puhelimen versiopäivityksen on tehnyt ennen sovelluksen päivittämistä. Pahoitteluni tästä tilanteesta. Tarkentaisin vielä, että onko sinulla mahdollisesti Nordea ID-sovellusta toisessa laitteessa, toisen pankin tunnuksia tai mobiilivarmennetta? Näillä saisit tilattua koodit hieman nopeammin. -Antti
