OVB Tools 4+

This application is only available for OVB consultants, and needs previous OVB registration (username, password)!
This is a new platform, which promotes smoother information flow between OVB and our consultants! With the help of this app you can contact your colleagues in an easier way and access news directly from your mobile device.
What can this app offer to you (availability might vary depending on which countries information you are accessing)?
By the help of the menu item INFORMATION you are going to be up-to-date in every aspect:
- News: you can read the news, you receive notification when a new article is uploaded
- Consultant information: you can call a colleague, send him/her a message or an email. You can also view his/her main performance data (production, cancellation)
- OVB events: you can be sure you won’t miss any anniversary, birthday, corporate event or deadline for submission of application forms
- Client events: you don’t have to know your client’s important dates (birthday, anniversary) either
- Tasks: you can easily keep track of your tasks (indexing, fellow candidates, intervention etc.)
- Videos: trailers and clips are also ready at hand, if you would like to show them someone
The menu item TOOLS contains the key OVB applications, so that you can reach them more quickly:
- Barcode reader: you have the opportunity to register the data of an analyzed client, of such a person as well, that doesn’t have a contract with you anyway. You can treat the data in OVB Portal afterward
- Tools: you can reach calculators, checklists, electronic contracts etc. as quick as thought
- Add of fellow candidate: you can add new fellow candidates, who can be treated in OVB Portal afterward
The OVB mobile application is easy to use. When you have installed this app, do not forget to allow the push up notifications in order to get information about recent changes.
