We’ve launched electricity contract verification for Smart Charging users. This step ensures your charging setup remains accurate and eligible for future reward opportunities in supported locations. Improvements & Fixes - Electricity contract status must now be confirmed at least every 30 days - After 14 days without verification, you'll get an in-app reminder with a quick "Still on same contracts" option - After 30 days, smart features will be automatically disabled if not verified

Enhanced location management to prevent duplicates and keep your location list clean. Improvements & Fixes - A message appears if a new location is too close to an existing one - You can now add up to 5 locations per user - Close-by locations are merged automatically

We improved vehicle naming by displaying user-defined nicknames from own car app when available, making it easier to identify and personalize your devices. We are removing paid subscriptions and making our Smart features free for all! To keep the app free, Synergi will enter flexibility markets and operate like a "virtual power plant," connecting many energy assets like electric vehicles, heat pumps, or batteries to provide flexibility and balance the energy grid. For now, you should keep using (or start using) our Smart features as you are used to; more information about reward programs will soon be available.
