ToD - estimation
Time of death estimation
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
This app enables the well-founded estimation of the time of death using the complex method based on postmortem changes: algor mortis (cadaveric cooling), livor mortis (death spots), rigor mortis (rigor mortis) and supravital reactions. The time of death is calculated using the Henssge nomogram - the gold standard in forensic practice. The app also supports the correct selection of the corrective factor (e.g. clothing, ambient temperature, body weight) and thus ensures a precise assessment under realistic conditions.
The app does not require an internet connection. All data is processed and stored locally on the device.
