What’s New
Version 3.8.3
In this release we are introducing improvements to our user logged-in time, which in the past has caused inconveniences for the drivers. Now if you use our app actively, you will stay logged in. We have also made minor improvements to our station view showing the pool opening hours in a more clear manner. In addition to this we have made other minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance the user experience of Virta app.

Kohtuullinen sovellus, ongelmista vaietaan
Sovellus on toiminut kohtuullisesti.
Eniten harmittaa firman viestintäpolitiikka ongelmatilanteissa - keväällä 2022 kaikki latauspisteet olivat tunteja pois toiminnasta, mutta tästä ei tiedotettu millään tavalla. Ei herätä luottamusta.
Lisäksi omaa latauspistettä en saa lisättyä Home-näkymään lainkaan. Asiakaspalvelusta sanottiin, että näkymä on poistumassa.. Noh, nyt yli vuotta myöhemmin, näkymä on edelleen sovelluksessa, mutta latauspistettäni en ole siihen saanut.
30€???
laskutus on aivan naurettava. 30€ kuulostaa järjettömältä summalta maksettavaksi rekisteröinnin yhteydessä, lisäksi mukaan tulee vielä automaattinen lisälataus ja kk-minimiveloitus! En ole markettilatailuissa vuodessakaan saanut kulutettua kuin alle 10€ latausmaksuihin. Eipä tule tätä käytettyä, kilpailijoilla paljon järkevämpi laskutusmalli käytön mukaan, ei mitään järjettömän suuria etukäteen maksuja. Kuulostaa suoraan sanottuna rahastukselta koko liiketoimintamalli!!
