Hi please make the App edge to edge. Swiping back from a screen causes instant scroll of the view which can be jarring. Improve on loading state also so content layout does not shift abruptly. Use skeleton loading. Would love to see this app grow and become more refined! 💚

Superstore Fiji Going Cashless: A Shortcut, Not ProgressLet’s be real—going cashless in Fiji isn’t progress, it’s avoidance. We saw the same thing with the bus card system: instead of fixing the root issue of drivers stealing cash, the easy way out was to force everyone into cards. That didn’t solve corruption, it just shifted the burden onto the public. Now retail is doing the same thing. Forcing customers to swipe for small shopping is impractical and unfair. People don’t want to use cards for a $20 or $50 purchase when cash is simple, fast, and reliable. And how exactly is this “safer” for a small company like Superstore? Bigger stores with proper security teams and guards with big bellies manage cash just fine every day. If they can handle it, why can’t you? Safety isn’t about removing cash—it’s about accountability and oversight. If theft or accountability is the concern, then strengthen oversight, enforce audits, and hold staff responsible. Don’t punish customers by removing choice. Cash is part of everyday life in Fiji, especially for small businesses and communities. Taking it away isn’t modernization—it’s selfish convenience for the system at the expense of the people.Fix the cause, not the symptom. Accountability first, not cashless shortcuts.
Not worth the wait

My first time ordering from Superstore and honestly, I was so excited because Fiji really needed something like this. Finally, a convenient way to shop without leaving home… or so I thought Tell me why I placed my order at 7:20 PM and it didn’t show up till 10:27 PM like be serious That’s almost three freaking hours for two items! Two!! How does that even make sense?? For something that’s meant to make life easier, this was straight-up stressful. I could’ve literally walked to the store, waited in line, bought my stuff, and come back home twice by the time this order arrived Fiji needed this service, yes but not like this. This was painfully slow, not convenient, and honestly kinda disappointing for a first impression. If this is what “fast and easy” looks like, I’m scared to see what slow service means
Delivery Takes Too Long
Ravntr
I’ve used Superstore Fiji a few times and the main issue is delivery time. They advertised around 90 minutes when they launched but every order I’ve placed has taken 3 to 6 hours. I’m only about 10 minutes away so it’s frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of convenience. A few times I ended up just going to the nearest supermarket instead of waiting. The idea is good but the execution is poor and it doesn’t seem like they have improved much since launch.
