Find My Understudied Genes (FMUG) is a rationally-designed tool to helps biologists identify understudied genes and characterize their tractability for future research. Users submit a list of human genes (presumably from a high-throughput -omics experiment) and can filter these genes down based on a large list of factors, including: - Number of articles about gene - Probability of differential expression - Homology in model organisms - Availability of reagents - Number of articles about relationship between gene and disease and many more! More information is available at our website.
