CAR is a management software that digitizes workshops, dealers and automotive groups. It automates internal processes, improves communication with the client and integrates with the already operative systems for efficient after-sales management.
Divided into functional blocks, CAR covers and digitizes all workshop steps from creating an appointment to returning the vehicle, including a CRM module that enhances customer loyalty.
For this, we have a multi-device model with tablets for receptions, repairs and returns and a Back Office for management and administration tasks. The information between both devices flows in real time, thus improving inter-departmental communication.
CAR is compatible with all types of vehicles and workshops, automotive groups, car sharing companies, car washes and more. In addition, it can work standalone or through integrations with the systems already operational in each workshop (DMS, ERP, budgeting, accounting, etc.).
