We've fine-tuned the app to bid farewell to those tiny bugs that were buzzing around causing mischief. We've also done a bit of general housekeeping to ensure everything hums without a hitch.

Top notch
Does what it says on the label. I have been with First Direct for almost 50 years, since my first job. I commend them for their no-hassle good service. This app is the embodiment of that.
Non UK AppStore version has been disabled
Just been told by Customer Support that although the app is available on non UK AppStores that it has been de-activated if you download it from there. That’s not much use of you use have a non-UK Apple account.
Great security I’m sure. But then First Direct should not allow you to download the app from abroad if it’s never going to work. It’s pretty simple for the developer to only make the app available to the UK AppStore.
