Bugs à répétition
J’ai installé deux alarmes avec cette appli. Le problème, c’est que pour ajouter les clients, j’ai dû le faire sur une autre version d’iOS et il y a deux jours, j’ai dû le faire sur un Android… Sur la dernière version d’iOS, l’appli bug. C’est vraiment dommage ! Et je ne vais pas changer de téléphone pour cette appli !
En attente de compatibilité
Bonjour j’ai installé une alarme chez un client il y a environ 6mois
Avec un détecteur de coupure de courant qui est bien sûr la brochure commerciale .
J’ai appelé l’assistance technique qui m’a annoncé la compatibilité à la nouvelle mise à jour .
A ce jour après plusieurs mise à jour toujours rien ,je suis vraiment déçu pour mon client qui est très patient
Donc ma question est à quelle date se capteur sera t’il compatible

A ce jour nous n’avons pas d'information à vous communiquez concernant la date de compatibilité du capteur coupure secteur avec HKP.

Beaucoup de bugg
Pour faire les tests radio je dois fermer complètement l’application et la réouvrir pour chaque élément de plus la fonction automatisme ne fonctionne pas !!!!!
