It is by fare the best app to book train ticket with multiples companies. They don’t apply fees / price increase for what I’ve saw. I’m really happy, the price is always the same that the company website but you can compare with all train company and bus !

Can’t have a refund after purchasing another ticket when the page crashed for error, payment unproce

I intented too book one ticket, but the website told me twice that the transaction hasn’t been made, however I have been charged twice and I just received the three booking which I has completly non sense because how could it have been made if it was written that there was an issue, and it put me back on my researches. Moreover they haven’t asked for my bank confirmation the first two times but asked the third time even if the amount was the same as the first one.So now I have 3 tickets for the same journey, I wanted a refund of two journeys planned, but because I took advanced ticket it's not possible. They said that the refund is possible if there is one minute between the transactions, which is impossible. No one can choose the date, write the information, the credit card number and verify all in less than one minutes, especially for disabled persons, I find this very discriminatory.
