يستخدم هذا التطبيق من قبل مديري وموظفي أي منشأة تستخدم نظام كامتند Camtend.
حيث يمكن هذا النظام الإداريين من متايعة جميع حركات دخول وخروج الموظفين وأيضا يمكن الموظفين من متابعة حركاتهم والتأكد من تسجيلها بشكل سليم.
يستطيع الموظف أيضا كتابة ملحوظات عن أي حركة سجلها ليراها المدير.
من أهم مميزانت نظام كامتند Camtend :
- يمكنك تقسيم وإنشاء أوقات عمل وشيفتات - مناوبات - مختلفة للموظفين. وحسب أوقات العمل المختلفة خلال العام.
- يعمل النظام على الانترنت حيث يستطيع المدير - أو من له الصلاحية - الاطلاع على حركات الدخول والخروج بشكل مباشر.
- إذا لم توجد لديك انترنت في مكان العمل؟ أو انقطعت الانترنت ؟ ... لا مشكلة , قم باستخدام بيانات الشريحة الخاصة بالموبايل/الأيباد. وإذا لم تتوفر شريحة فسوف يقوم التطبيق بحفظ الحركات على الجهاز حتعى عودة الانترنت مرة أخرى حيث يتم نقلها للسيرفر تلقائيا.
- يمكن تشغيل النظام على جهاز واحد أو أكثر من جهاز في نفس الوقت حيث يمكنك متابعة جميع أفرع الشركة المتواجدة في بلدك أو أي مكان في العالم.
- يعتمد النظام على كاميرا الجهاز الأمامية في تصوير الموظفين أثناء التوقيع لتحقيق المصداقية وعدم التلاعب.
- ستحصل على تقارير دقيقة وفورية عن جميع حركات كل الموظفين وتقارير تفصيلية عن كل موظف على حده خلال أي فترة زمنية ويمكنك تخصيصها وطباعتها في أي وقت ومن أي مكان.
- يقوم البرنامج بحساب ساعات العمل للموظف مع خيارات خصم زمن الحضور المتأخر أو الانصراف المبكر أو الخروج أثناء العمل.

Camtend offers free trials, which auto-enroll into the selected subscription if not canceled during the free trial period. Any unused portion of free trial periods, if offered, will be forfeited if you start a new subscription before the completion of your trial.
