Hi,We apologize for any difficulties you faced with our app and are here to improve your experience. Please note that different factors may affect the quality of the plant identification. Here are some troubleshooting steps for you: Make sure that there is enough light in the space where the plant is located, as this condition directly affects the capture quality. If you are uploading a pre-made photo, make sure it is of high quality and the plant is clearly visible. Take photos of the plant from several angles and make sure to capture the leaves separately and close enough.Considering these factors may help to receive better results. However, if you still experience the issue, please contact us at vorkas.m.botan@gmail.com.AI Plant Identifier App－Botan Team
