Hi LuckehTBH, we are sorry to hear that you have been having difficulties with our app. The scanning process is a calibrated step in our process that checks multiple factors such as ambient light to how much the device is moving. Although it is not common among all of our collectors, it is a challenge that has presented itself. With this in mind, the product team are currently testing adjustments to the sensitivity of the scanning calibration as well as creating improved guides for this step. If you would like some assistance while we ready this update, including us consulting on the space where you scan your cards, send us a message from the support page of our website.
