I have been building my digital wardrobe with this app and it is amazing! However, I am unable to upload photos sometimes. I have to try different things for it to start uploading again. Could you fix it please?

I discovered this application yesterday, during a webinar. Charmed, I wanted to test the adventure. So I'm on the trial version and I can already see the features that I will soon no longer have access to. The cost of the annual subscription (nearly a hundred euros!) is excessive compared to what I expect from this application. Indeed, this formula opens the doors to many features (8 to be precise) most of which I’m not interested in : the community aspect, access to virtual events, interaction with friends... Only the analytical part seemed relevant to me and the outfit management (being able to create them, and potentially, being able to anticipate outfits indeed when traveling). Second point, I would have preferred a halfway formula between the free version and the annual subscription, with a one-time cost rather than an annual one. For all these reasons, I am not sure I will keep this application which would duplicate one that I have been using for more than 9 years... I guess that not being able to choose the la guard of this app. may also be a This application is therefore a disappointment for me.Last, but not least, I guess this 100% English app can also be a hindrance for non-English speakers. However, we can choose the currency of our country.

Thanks for giving Indyx a try and for sharing your thoughts. We know the current benefits of Insider aren't for everyone, which is why we have been careful to design a very functional free version. It includes all the basics, such as unlimited items, unlimited outfits, and wardrobe stats like cost per wear, so users can get a ton of value without upgrading. Unfortunately, your suggestion of a one-time fee model does not work well for Indyx because the costs of storing and delivering your digital wardrobe aren't one-time...they're ongoing! An annual subscription also keeps us invested in continually improving the app and adding new features over time, rather than leaving it stagnant after your purchase. We are glad you already have a system that works well for you. At the same time, our community loves Insider for the extra support and features it unlocks, and we are excited to keep building for them.

This app changed my way of seeing my wardrobe, I would hate it and found it boring as hell. I don’t have a lot of money so almost all of my clothes are given to me by family members or friends, the others are thrifted. And it’s hard to find your style when you don’t choose your clothes but I learned sewing to upcycle clothes in a way I would like them and used this app to see that I could do way more outfits than I thought with the clothes I already had 😆It also help me to see the clothes for what they are and stop hating them just because I hated the body under it, I started to see the real value of my clothes 🤩

Finally, (based on your feedback!) we refined the Virtual Selfies UX for a smoother experience — including an easier way to jump straight back to board view on the calendar if selfies just aren't your thing.
