The master butcher behind Ask the Butcher is Anthony Puharich, owner of Vic’s Premium Quality Meat, which has been supplying quality meat to Australia’s finest restaurants for over 15 years, and serving up specialty meat at the prestigious Victor Churchill butchery, the “Bulgari of butcheries”. Anthony shares his in-depth knowledge and expert advice, so you too can bring out the very best that meat can offer. Anthony is also staring in a new TV show, Ask the Butcher, airing from 26th March 2013 on Australia’s LifeStyle FOOD channel. NB: This is a NEW app from Ask the Butcher, offering new functionality such as 'Suggest a cut', 'At the butchers' and 'Prepare it perfectly'. The new timer prompts you to turn your meat and most importantly advises on how long to rest your meat.
