Si il y’a des français mais télécharger pas cette application , j’ai commander des courses je reçois 3 articles donc je met le centre d’aide , ils disent me rembourser et plus rien je relance ils disent que le soucis va être régler dans les heures à venir et rien , et ensuite ils font que quitter la conversation vite ils déclinent quand je leurs demande de m’aider , et il y’a que en anglais ou en arabe , pas d’autre langue , et depuis ils veulent pas me rembourser ils disent c’est en traitement et rien du tout et ils m’évitent ils mettent un stop à la conversation quand j’insiste et cela fait 2 semaines , catastrophique vraiment et quand vous demander qu’elle que chose dans votre commande couvercle ou sel , ils vous disent ok et vous ramène rien , il y’a d’autre application comme careem qui est super mais eux la a bannir

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery app. On several occasions, I have received fruits and vegetables that were either expired or excessively damaged. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was kept in the chat for nearly 30 minutes, only to end up frustrated and asking to be contacted by a manager.It was only after insisting and providing photos of the damaged products that I was finally compensated. Every time I order fruits and vegetables, I almost always have to file a complaint to get a refund. Frankly, the time and effort I had to invest for a simple refund were ridiculous. Is the hourly rate of the employees and the manager not higher than the value of the fruits or vegetables to be refunded?I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the service and the inefficiency of customer support. I am waiting for a better app to replace this delivery service, and then I will uninstall this app for good. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I have 167SAR in my wallet which I can’t retrieve neither use because the app doesn’t let my orders go through. I reached out to the help center at least 10 times for the same problem. They put me through the same processes everytime, making me loose my time and my money, asking me for my phone number every single time. This went so far that I believe they do it on purpose. There is no way to reach out to them by phone of course. My experience with those people is disastrous and I think my money is lost forever. There are other apps. Don’t loose your time.
