Prélèvement après l’annulation de l’abonnement

On m’a prélevée de 89,99€ alors que j’avais annulé l’abonnement suite à l’essai gratuit. J’avais vérifié dans l’appli on me disait bien que je n’avais pas accès. Pourtant +d’un mois plus tard j’ai été prélevée des 90€. C’est une honte ! Du vol ! J’ai fait une demande de remboursement immédiat. Si ce n’est pas accepté je signalerai les pratiques frauduleuses sur l’app store et porterai plainte à la DGCCRF.
