I had a very unpleasant and deeply disappointing experience with a crew manager at Istanbul Sabiha Airport during my recent flight with AJET (Flight VF137 from Istanbul to Dammam) & I raised an official complaint with her full name by Email but there was no REPLY or remedial action!! Prior to boarding, I approached the crew manager to clarify my baggage allowance. Despite this, she immediately insisted I pay for extra baggage. While I fully understand and accept the airline’s policy on excess luggage, what I cannot accept is the manner in which I was addressed. Her tone was aggressive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. When I politely asked her to speak respectfully, her behavior only worsened. She even went so far as to threaten to cancel my flight—despite the fact that I never refused to pay. It was a blatant abuse of authority that made me feel humiliated, as though I was being reprimanded in the street rather than assisted at an international airport. As a frequent traveler who flies monthly, this was by far one of the most & only unprofessional encounters I’ve experienced. Passengers are CLIENTS and should be treated with basic courtesy and RESPECT, particularly by someone in a leadership position. The impression this crew manager left was not only negative but damaging to the image of AJET, especially given that this was my very first experience with your airline.I expected that AJET takes this matter seriously and address it appropriately. However, it was never the case!!
