Align your mindset with the version of you you're becoming.
FRQNCY is designed to help you build consistency in your thinking, awareness, and daily focus. By defining your future self and receiving guidance shaped by that identity, FRQNCY supports a more intentional and stable internal state.
Rather than relying on motivation alone, FRQNCY helps you return to alignment throughout the day — especially when distractions, stress, or uncertainty pull you off track.

When it’s good, you can see it from the beginning. I saw the results just few days after. I feel that I progress slowly but surely everyday. As the nervous system doesn’t accept big changes, I believe that these changes will actually stick. Thank you so much for this efficient basis of the app. I truly recommend it. It’s better to invest in this kind of app than in another blabla course or other cheap app that gives nothing that you didn’t see before.
Best app ever

I’ve been following Nero Knowledge since winter 2024 and this app is my best investment. I watched all his videos, bought and read his book, it all works, but having this app is a real gem.I get to ask questions, gain confidence within me and my ideal life, feels like my future self is making me stay on the right path and keeping the right frequency Thank you Nero, I recommend this app to anyone
Super

I genuinely feel that the app has a direct positive impact on mental health. The whole emotional acceptance aspect is especially impressive and helps people move forward and grow.
How do you Delete your account
Gegelabgdu77
I would like to know how to delete your account, I have financial issues so I cannot pay for it now. Since I can’t change my path either I would prefer to just delete it and then comeback when I can.
