• Equipment Tracking
Build a complete inventory of onboard equipment and systems, including engines, pumps, electronics, batteries, safety gear, dinghies, outboards, and more. Store manufacturer, model, serial number, installation location, photos, notes, and supporting documents for quick access whenever you need them.
A built-in Starter Equipment Catalog makes it easy to add common marine equipment without starting from a blank screen.
• Maintenance Scheduling
Create recurring maintenance schedules tied directly to your equipment. Track service intervals by engine hours, calendar time, or both. Quickly see what is coming due, overdue, or on track.
• Maintenance Logs
Record completed maintenance and repairs with dates, engine hours, detailed notes, parts used, and service history. Quickly answer questions such as:
“When did I last change the oil?”
“Who worked on the engine in La Cruz?”
“Did we replace that impeller already?”
• Spares Inventory Management
Track onboard spare parts and consumables, including filters, impellers, oils, belts, and service kits. Low-inventory items are highlighted and added to your shopping list, helping you restock before the next trip or passage.

Use a desktop keyboard to add equipment, spares, and maintenance logs through the MyBoatWorks web import page. Imported information appears automatically the next time you open the app.

The Home dashboard provides a clear snapshot of your boat’s status, including upcoming and overdue maintenance, low spare inventory, yearly expenses, recent activity, quick actions, and priority tasks.
• Data Export
Export your boat data—including equipment, maintenance logs, schedules, spares, fuel, water, engine hours, and more—to a dated CSV file using the iOS share sheet.
