Toki Pona is a complete language with 137 words, created by Sonja Lang in 2001. You can learn the entire vocabulary in weeks and the entire grammar in an afternoon. kama sona ("come to know") gives you everything you need to do it.

Every word and sentence is spoken with Toki Pona's real stress pattern, always on the first syllable. The app uses the best voice installed on your iPhone. For the clearest sound, download a higher-quality Italian voice: open Settings, then Accessibility, then Spoken Content (called Read & Speak on newer versions of iOS), then Voices, then Italian, and download any Enhanced or Premium voice. kama sona will pick it up automatically. Italian is used because its five pure vowels are the closest match to Toki Pona's.
