malgré une idee geniale pour permettre aux personnes qui voyagent d’avoir des contacts à l’étranger, ou dans votre ville, pour découvrir des endroits où il se passe toujours quelque chose… l’appli est très peu fiable et je viens de la dénoncer car il semble qu’il n’y ait plus personne aux commandes. Depuis le Covid tout se dégrade… beaucoup de personnes sont mécontentes. En ce qui me concerne je suis membre Albatros depuis plus de 5 ans, et alors que je viens de renouveler ma cotisation pour 3 mois je n’ai pas le statut correspondant, donc pas accès ni aux événements, ni aux contacts …accès payant (pour être membre Albatros) à éviter … en ce moment, voire même plus tardps : beaucoup de demandes de remboursement, n’aboutissent pas

I had never left bad review anywhere, this is the first time that I feel I have to say something. It’s such a horrible experience with their support team. I purchased the 1 year premium and took part in one free activity in the first week, I found those are really not my kind of people, so I soon applied to cancel the membership, contacted the support team. After almost one week I got their reply saying no because I had already une some premium advantages. But the fact is no, I didn’t, god knows, I only took part in take one free activity for everyone, they even didn’t verify. I asked for a phone call, they didn’t, after another week reply the same. How about the 14 days unconditional cancellation? Even if someone really used some premium privileges, but what does the unconditional mean ? I even asked if they can downgrade my one year to one month, and refund me the rest. One month premium has the same privileges as one year’ isn’t it? Why can’t do that? The whole team is not responsible at all, not efficient, they have no patience to explain things clearly,robot reply, not responsible for their activity quality, don’t care users at all. Horrible experience, very disappointed.
