In the Loxone App you can quickly and easily select your favorites. This allows you to operate all important functions in the automated building with just a tap while being able to monitor information and notifications. The Loxone App transforms your smartphone, tablet or laptop into a free, convenient control center to give you peace of mind.
● Important notes:
The Loxone App is used in combination with a Loxone Miniserver. We recommend having a Loxone Partner install and configure the Miniserver as well as set up the Loxone App. In order to ensure external access to the Loxone App, the corresponding settings must also be made by a Loxone Partner.

Bonjour, merci pour votre retour. Qu'entendez-vous par "suivi des utilisateurs" exactement ?
Inutile
Bug sans arrêt. Impossible à programmer soi-même et autant dire que rappeler l’installateur chaque fois est une tannée. SAV complètement naze. Un élément ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu que j’achète un nouveau produit après avoir une 10 tests à envoyer des vidéos pour prouver ma bonne fois.
En bref, comme tout gadget, c’est plaisant quand ça fonctionne et particulièrement irritant quand ça ne fonctionne plus.
Sauf qu’entre une balance connectée dont la tare déconne et une installation à plusieurs milliers d’euros, les enjeux ne sont pas les mêmes.
Aujourd’hui, l’app me demande d’enregistrer mon mini-serveur alors que ça fait 10 fois que je le fais. Impossible de se connecter, impossible également de faire la mise à jour…bref, un bonheur.
