Your perfect companion: the Miele app gives you mobile control of your Miele domestic appliances and lets you keep track of everything – whether you are at home or away.
Miele app highlights:
• Mobile control of domestic appliances: operate your domestic appliances conveniently via the app.
• Request the appliance status: can I add more laundry? How long does the programme have left to run? With the app, you can keep an eye on your appliances at all times.

MobileControl – Control domestic appliances from a mobile device
With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher or oven at any time and select the programme, delay the start or select other options, for example.
RemoteUpdate - Always up to date
Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.
Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Learn more about your appliances to save money and protect the environment simultaneously.
Washing assistant - Achieve perfect washing results

Appli ne s’ouvre pas !
Même constat 1 an après le précédent commentaire d’un utilisateur mécontent !
Le login n’est pas reconnu, d’où l’impossibilité d’ouvrir l’application et de pouvoir s’en servir…
Quels sont les résultats de vos recherches pour trouver une solution au problème ?!
Moi qui espérai une meilleure app c’est loupé
Au prix du lave linge, on pourrait s’attendre à avoir une application à la hauteur de la marque Miele. Je ne compte pas le nombre de fois où avec iPhone 12 où j’ai eu une mise à jour ! Impossible de me connecter en appuyant sur le bouton orange login!
L’adresse est connue, le mot de passe aussi! J’ai eu un doute et n’ayant pas ma tablette sous la main j’ai douté.
J’ai cliqué sur mot de passe oublié !
J’ai renseigné l’adresse mail associée pour pouvoir changer le mot de passe j’ai fait cette manip minimum 5 fois hier soir et autant aujourd’hui ! Cela ne fonctionne pas je n’ai pas reçu le mail pour changer de mot de passe.
Passer une heure pour re paramétrer à chaque fois que vous modifiez votre application n’est pas acceptable pour l’utilisateur final!
De plus je ne devrais pas à avoir atout accepter et re paramétrer …
Ayant la tablette avec moi , ancienne version, où je suis encore connecté, j’ai vérifié en me déconnectant le mot de passe! Celui que j’avais renseigné sur votre dernière application ne permet plus de se connecter !
Le mode Démo laisse croire que ça marche et non! Les développeurs doivent avant de balancer une nouvelle version faire des tests et des tests de régression…
Faites signe quand on pourra utiliser votre application svp un client très mécontent !

Facilite la vie
J’utilise l’appli Miele essentiellement pour commander e suivre les programmes de ma machine à laver et mon sèche linge …. L’assistant lavage en rentrant le linge mis et c’est l’appli qui propose le programme est un vrai plus … le dialogue entre les 2 machines qui permet de programmer automatiquement le sèche linge est aussi top 👍.
Sinon je vais aussi voir les recettes de cuisine qui sont proposées … elles sont vraiment bien expliquées , digne d’un restaurant
