I didn’t have high expectations when opening the app for the first time, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is one of the best Markdown editors on the market. Unlike most Markdown apps, it offers live Markdown editing (it doesn’t create its own folders with its own files), and it comes with solid features like auto-closing and auto-indenting in code blocks.That said, there are a few things I’d love to see added—features that could make this the ultimate Markdown editor for macOS:- When using italics or bold, the text in the editor should also be stylized, not just in the live preview.- Support for Mermaid diagrams, LaTeX, and math expressions in the preview.- More shortcuts for a smoother experience.- Lists (both ordered and unordered) and also Todo should continue automatically when starting a new line.- Live preview for to-do tasks.- The app doesn’t appear in the list of apps I can use to open Markdown files from Finder.that said kudos to the developers—this is the most promising Markdown editor I’ve come across in a while! I hope it gets the attention it deserves.

Those are all great suggestions and most are already on the roadmap!The latest version of Markdown+ (1.5) already supports LaTeX in editor alongside live rendering in previews. Please let us know if that improves your workflow with the app!
