My CIANO - Love your Pet!
CIANO® is pleased to present you with the new My CIANO application.
This new APP gives you access to all the information needed to keep your Fish's home healthy and cared for, in addition to allowing you to monitor, in real time, the status of all your consumables alerting you to their replacement.
With the My CIANO APP you can add notifications for the various periodic maintenance required, from partial water changes to recommended water tests.
The new CIANO® application will host exclusive content for APP subscribers and may also be aware of the brand's news in advance.

• Access to a guide for installing the aquarium (step by step);
• Access to an aquarium maintenance guide (step by step);
• Access to an aquarium treatment guide (step by step);
• Allows the management of several aquariums;
• Allows consumables to be managed and monitored in real time;
• Consumable renewal alerts;
• Allows you to add notifications for the various periodic maintenance;
• Access to the CIANO® product catalog;
• Access to exclusive content.

How does the My CIANO APP work?
1º Install the APP and register in it, using a new account, your google account or your Facebook account;
2nd Create your aquarium;
3rd Select and follow, step by step, one of the guides “Aquarium with fish” or “Aquarium with fish and plants”;

• “My aquarium” menu - With your aquarium already created and the respective consumables and notifications added, through this menu, you can see the associated consumables and their status. You can dispose or replace consumables. You will be alerted gradually with the end of life of consumables through notifications (text + sound).
• The “Guides” Menu - You can access the installation, maintenance and treatment guides at any time;
• The “Products” Menu - You will have access to the CIANO® catalog;
• “Settings” Menu - You can view and delete all active notifications, change languages or logout the APP.

Languages
• Available in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

On ne peut pas renommer son aquarium
On ne peut pas modifier la date de mise en service des produits (date de remplacement liée à la date de déclaration dans l’app).

Ne marche pas [ok 23/12]

[Edit 23/12/21 YOUPI on peut reprendre les aquariums en cours, plus qu’à tester l’app =) ]
{17/12/21 On peut juste créer un nouvel aquarium, l’app se ferme dès qu’on veut l'ouvrir ensuite. Bug présent depuis l’installation il y a un mois, désinstallé et réinstallé sans amélioration Espérons qu’une MAJ soit prévue pour bientôt 🙏🏻}

Accès impossible

Après avoir créé mon compte ciano, j’ai ajouter un aquarium, cependant impossible de le sélectionner ! À chaque fois que je "clic" dessus, l’application se ferme !!!
