Start, pause or stop your robot remotely
Come home to clean floors and a perfect-looking garden every day by using your Philips HomeRun vacuum, mop, and lawn mowing robot in combination with the app. Set it up once—to clean each room and mow your lawn just the way you like it—touch ‘Start’, anytime, anywhere, and let your robot do the rest.
On its first run, your robot will map your floor plan and garden. Now you have an interactive map of your home that you can use to tell your robot how and when to clean each room or to monitor how your lawn is mowed. The robot vacuum cleaner can store up to five maps.
Control where your robot vacuum cleaner cleans
Only want your robot to clean the kitchen, bathroom, living room? With the app, you can tell your robot which rooms you want cleaned, and in what order. If there are areas or things you’d like it to avoid—like precious items or a rug in an area you want to mop—you can tell it where not to go, or not to mop, as well.
Choose a cleaning mode for each room and mowing mode for each lawn
Give each room unique attention with one of the cleaning modes and mowing modes for your lawn. Use Dry mode to vacuum the bedroom and Wet & Dry mode to vacuum and mop hard floors. Put your robot on Quiet mode if, say, you have a meeting, or give the kitchen an extra thorough clean by using Intensive mode. Choose a mowing mode for your lawn to get the perfect looking garden.

Once you’ve created a cleaning and mowing plan, clean floors and perfectly mowed lawns are always a tap away. Tap ‘Start’ when you want your robot to begin - every day if you like, and at a time that suits your schedule.

Philips HomeRun robot vacuum cleaners have dual band Wi-Fi so they are easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi, whether it's to 2.4 or 5.0GHz. Robot lawn mowers only connect to your 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi.

Une belle Application facile mais …
Updates dichten geleidelijk de oorspronkelijke hiaten en bugs. Het in kaart brengen is uiteindelijk nauwkeuriger omdat de meest voor de hand liggende delen worden onderscheiden, de gebieden gemakkelijker te positioneren zijn. Maar er zijn nog steeds te veel aanpassingen en bugs die deze prachtige applicatie nog steeds beïnvloeden: Cartografie: => altijd moeilijk om een kaart te corrigeren en slecht gemarkeerde stukken te verdelen, het is saai en onmogelijk! Het is rampzalig. =>Afdrukken van eerdere wasbeurten die op de kaart blijven zitten zonder ooit te verdwijnen. onnodige manoeuvres om ze te laten verdwijnen. => geen correctie meer van de kaart wanneer een meubelstuk of een fauteuil wordt verplaatst en geen schoonmaak meer op deze plek die vies blijft! En omdat => Je moet ALTIJD de basis verplaatsen om een verdieping of een ander deel van het huis in kaart te brengen! De nieuwe kaart wordt alleen geregistreerd als terugkeer naar de basis mogelijk is. Als u de blanco kaart optilt om deze terug te sturen, gaat de nieuwe kaart verloren!! Stel je voor dat de locatie van het station dat het onthouden mogelijk maakte, nooit werd schoongemaakt! Ik heb twee HomeRun 7000's: onmogelijk om de naam te veranderen zonder een reset uit te voeren en alle kaarten te verliezen en ze opnieuw te moeten doen! En gezien de moeilijkheid om de kaarten te verdelen…. Het duurt uren!! Het is onmogelijk om de stofzuiger naar wens te hernoemen, zoals bij elke kamer of plattegrond. Deze Philips-applicatie en -artikel zijn gemaakt om je leven gemakkelijker te maken: hier loop je rond met de 10 kg-basis om te onthouden en kun je de slecht geregistreerde onderdelen niet verdelen, en als je meerdere HomeRun 7000 hebt, is het onmogelijk om de naam te wijzigen... gemakkelijk grrrr het maakt alles ingewikkeld: !!! Zo simpel kan het zijn! Dus zeker de beste, maar toch wat moeite... andere merken slagen vanaf hun lancering... Het is het imago van Phillips en de voor de hand liggende productiekwaliteit (betrouwbaarheid) die de aankoop motiveert: ik heb vergeleken. Maar we zijn onvermijdelijk teleurgesteld door deze vertraging bij het creëren van een betrouwbare en nauwkeurige applicatie. Dreame heeft een werkelijk uitstekende, eenvoudige en betrouwbare applicatie. Waarom Philips niet? Ik weet zeker dat u ons in de toekomst op de hoogte kunt houden... en onze merkentrouw kunt versterken! Drie sterren voor je voortgang en een vierde om je aan te moedigen!

Never seen such a poorly developed app from a large organisation
I never rate stuff, this app is so so bad that it forced me to write a review, something that I haven’t done in years!
The divide rooms function just simply doesn’t work. It just keeps on saying “divide rooms failed” Why is the divide rooms failing? Care to show me an error message? Care to tell me or do you want me to figure out everything by myself. And at this point, why not just give me the code base & the logs and I can dig deeper to understand what is this disappointing feat of engineering is trying to do.
Why is there no guide to divide rooms?
Why is the remote control of the bot hidden in a hamburger menu?
Why is the small object detection so bad that it tries to climb on even my chair which isn’t even a small object?
The robot itself is strictly OK. Nothing special, not too bad. But the app has made the experience so convincingly bad that impacts the entire product.
The app sign in using apple crashed so many times, I had to manually create login credentials.
All these questions, we might never know the answer to.
& there’s so many blatantly obvious problems in the app, but then again Philips, you’re not paying me, ask your PM to figure it out.
So next time when you’re having your next sprint with pizzas and diet coke, you might wanna spend some time thinking about the disaster that you all have conceived and how you should fix it.
