PrimePlayer brings local and online video playback, organization, transfers, and privacy together in one clean media library on iPhone and iPad.
Keep videos from Photos, Files, other devices, and network links organized and ready to play. PrimePlayer includes 28 interface languages, contains no ads, does not collect user information, and does not track you across apps.
VIDEO FORMATS AND SUBTITLES
Play common formats including MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, AVI, FLV, WebM, RM/RMVB, WMV, and TS/M2TS, with support for codecs such as AV1, H.264, H.265/HEVC, and VP9.
Import ISO/IMG images and BDMV, VIDEO_TS, or DVDMEDIA folders to play the main video.
Switch audio tracks and load external subtitles such as SRT, ASS/SSA, VTT, and SUB/IDX. Adjust subtitle timing during playback.

ONLINE VIDEO
Paste a network video link to stream it or save supported downloads locally for offline viewing. Choose automatic download settings and manage cellular playback. Online playback of live streams is supported.

YOUR MEDIA LIBRARY
Organize videos with folders and subfolders. Search, sort, rename, select items in batches, and choose custom covers. Create playlists, save favorites, and review recently played items.
Export individual videos or batches to Photos or other devices. Include folders and subfolders in batch selections to add their videos to favorites or playlists, or export them together. AVI videos are converted to compatible MP4 files when exporting to Photos.
CONTENT PROTECTION
Protect folders, playlists, and favorites with a password, Face ID, or Touch ID. Automatically protect playlists containing videos from protected folders.
Videos in protected folders stay out of playback history and the Continue Playing shortcut on the Home Screen.
GIF RECORDING AND EDITING
Touch and hold the screenshot button during playback to record a GIF. Crop and trim clips, adjust resolution and frame rate, choose playback speed and loop modes, and preview the result before saving to Photos. Set a target file size or reuse your previous settings. MP4 export is available for compatible video sources.
MEDIA LIBRARY MIGRATION
Transfer your media library or selected videos, folder structure, and folder protection settings to a nearby PrimePlayer device. After Face ID or Touch ID verification, data travels directly between devices over an encrypted connection, without passing through our servers. Migration does not use iCloud or take up iCloud storage.
Some features require an in-app purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled in Apple Account settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. No separate app account is required.
