A Small Icon Problem

Everything is working well. There is just a small cosmetic issue: since I extended QuicRight’s permissions to external storage, my two external drives (regular and Time Machine) have lost their standard icons and are now displaying the QuicRight icon. I know this has no functional impact, but it’s just a bit annoying and it would be nice if an update could fix this. Thank you

Thank you very much for your feedback and for reporting this issue!I’m glad to hear that QuickRight is working well overall. Regarding the external drive icons, this definitely isn’t the intended behavior. I’ll investigate whether it’s related to the way QuickRight accesses external storage permissions or an interaction with macOS icon caching.Even though it doesn’t affect functionality, I understand that it can be annoying, and I’ll do my best to address it in a future update.Thanks again for your support and for taking the time to help improve QuickRight!

N’apparait pas dans la barre menus (probablement trop chargée, mais c’est un autre débat…), & donc impossible d’avoir accès aux prefs. La possibilité de mettre l’app. dans le dock pourrait peut-être contourner ce bug latent…
This update improves path copying, file visibility controls, and context menu appearance.
## New
- Copy Path now works when you right-click an empty area in a Finder folder. If no item is selected, QuickRight copies the path of the current folder. For example, using it on the desktop copies the Desktop path.
- Copying the current folder path is also supported on external drives when external drive context menus are enabled in Settings.
- Hold Option while using Copy Path to copy the path in Windows format.
## Improvements
- Hide/Show Files now respects where you right-click. When files or folders are selected, only the selected items are affected. When you right-click an empty area, the action applies to items in the current folder.
- The same visibility rules now apply to the iCloud quick context menu.
- Improved native icons in Finder and iCloud context menus for more consistent sizing and weight.
- Improved menu icon visibility and contrast in Dark Mode.
- Refined the German onboarding text.
