Fix for some forms getting stuck in receiving status. No longer clears the contents of a field when editing.

Selecting multiple Tick Boxes in the same group fields should now work correctly. If the problem persists, the template may need to be opened and re-saved, correcting future submissions.

Attachments were sometimes not working when forms were submitted quickly after being opened. The ampersand character (&) is now correctly supported as part of form names. Internal changes.
