StringPing turns the sound of your strings into a tension reading. Tap the center of your string bed with the heel of your palm and StringPing listens to the "ping," measures its pitch, and estimates your string tension in seconds — no gauge, no trip to the stringer. Strings lose tension the moment they're installed and keep dropping with every hit. StringPing helps you feel it before your game tells you: track each racquet over time and watch the tension-loss curve so you know exactly when it's time to restring. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your racquet, string, and pattern (or scan with sensible defaults) • Tap the string bed a few times • StringPing captures each tap, filters out noise and outliers, and averages the readings for a confident result • Save it to build a history for that racquet TRACK EVERY RACQUET Keep a library of your frames with their string setup and last-measured date • See a tension-over-time chart for each racquet • Review a full scan log with the drop between each reading • Know how many weeks a string bed has been in play BUILT FOR THE COURT Fast, on-device analysis — your audio never leaves your phone • Works across common racquet head sizes and string patterns • Clear confidence indicator so you know when a reading is solid • Pounds or kilograms A NOTE ON ACCURACY StringPing is an acoustic estimate, not a stringing machine. It shines at tracking relative change over time on the same racquet and string — the best way to catch a string bed going dead.
