A new, simpler navigation: • The bottom bar is now Menu · Tasks · Notifications · Chat. Menu opens everything else: Overview, Projects, Calendar, Team… • Inside a project: an always-visible section strip under the title (Overview · Tasks · Calendar · Members · Docs · Activity) and a back button to all projects. • Search is an icon in the header; screen actions live in one menu. Chat: • The time sits inside the message bubble; double ticks and a "Seen" line show who has read it. • The day label sticks to the top while scrolling; search inside a conversation covers its full history. Notifications & projects: • Notifications filter by All · Unread · Mentions · Messages · Other, and match on every device you use. • Project overview gets a progress block, stat tiles and per-member workload rings. • iPhone Duo support; frosted header and composer.

Fixes and polish: • New task → Description: the "+" button now attaches photos, videos and files. • Morning check-in: tap any task to add it to your plan. • Ticking a task now confirms with "Task completed" / "Task reopened"; on the calendar the tick flips instantly and no longer undoes itself. • If you can't change a task (not an assignee, the creator or an admin), the app now tells you why instead of silently undoing the tick. • The Chat tab's red dot now clears as soon as you have read your messages.
