We appreciate the variety in our vehicle choices—from budget-friendly carpools to swanky SUVs—as much as we love knowing when our ride is arriving and exactly how much it’ll cost. Heck, now we even use it as a verb: “We’re going to Uber to your place. Be right there!”

Problème de carte

Revoyez votre carte pour Abidjan.
J'ai eu 2 fois un soucis avec le point de prise en charge et le point d'arriver, j'ai mis le point sur un lieu précis et ça envoyé le chauffeur sur un autre lieu.
Souvent aussi je cherche un lieu quand je mets dans la barre de recherche ça ne sort pas mais souvent le lieu existe sur la carte...
Revoyez ça s'il vous plaît, ça fait augmenter les courses.

Cliente très régulière de Uber depuis 3 ans maintenant, j’ai vu ce service se dégrader au fil des courses.

Le pire et c’est apparemment la nouvelle méthode de certains chauffeurs c’est d’annuler les courses ou de partir délibérément dans la direction opposée (vous êtes géolocalisable et on voit vos mouvements), faire attendre le client plus de 10-15 voire 20 mn et attendre que le client dépité annule la course à ses frais (6€ de frais d’annulation par course). Puisque le chauffeur n’annule pas la course malgré le fait qu’il ne se rende pas au point de prise en charge, il vous est impossible de commander un autre taxi. Cela m’est arrivé pour les cas les plus récents aujourd’hui 17 mai 2019, pour deux demandes de courses consécutives. De plus, pour se faire rembourser par Uber de ces frais indûment perçus, c’est la croix et la bannière. Au lieu de vous rembourser, ils vous font un avoir sur une potentielle prochaine course. C’est inadmissible! Avec cette qualité plus que médiocre de service, vous pensez qu’on a encore envie de vous solliciter pour une quelconque autre course???? Non! Moi qui était auparavant dans la forte recommandation de vos services, aujourd’hui je les déconseille de la façon la plus énergique. Quel gâchis!

Au passage, merci de me rembourser mes 12€ du fait de la malhonnêteté de vos chauffeurs. Avoir le sens du service est tout un art que vous n’avez désormais plus à mes yeux!
